Do your research on the place at which you are applying.
Google common interview questions, and practice answering them.
Make sure you have all required paperwork before leaving your house. For example drivers license, social security card, extra copies of your resume.
Make sure you have directions to get there and plan on arriving ten minutes early.
Dress appropriately. NEATNESS COUNTS!!
Try not to appear as nervous or stressed.
Shake hands, smile, and make eye contact.
Don't sound like your answers have been rehearsed.
Don't chew gum.
Feel free to take notes during the interview, so you can review later.
Don't be afraid to ask them questions about their company and the position
Send a thank you note within 24 hours to the people who interviewed you, thanking them for their time and consideration.
